Who We Are

Cooling Design is a boutique Interior Design Studio based in Dublin, led by Emma Cooling.

With over 20 years of professional design experience, Emma’s passion for interior design has been well honed with skill and creativity. 

Before founding her own design company, Emma honed her skills as a Senior Interior Designer at a prestigious firm for six years. Her early career was marked by collaborations with high-end luxury brands, where she served as a kitchen designer for Poggenpohl, worked as a visual merchandiser for Ralph Lauren in Ireland, and took on styling projects. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricate nuances of the design process.

As a busy working mother of two, Emma understands how hectic life can be for us all and the profound impact beautiful and functional design can have on family life.  

This is achieved through carefully listening to our client’s  requirements and vision, and combing their ideas with our creative, bespoke, inspiring design, to reflect their unique lifestyle and personality in a tailored made design.   

Emma and her team help to navigate through every phase of the process, which can be overwhelming with so many decisions. We aim to help alleviate some of the stress. 

The outcome is an uplifting, thoughtfully designed space, where your way of living is enhanced by exceptional design.
